Summit Community Care Clinic to Host 17th Annual Soup for the Soul Fundraising Event

Mar 14, 2024

Summit Community Care Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides a full range of integrated care services inclusive of medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Through integrated care each department, medical, dental, and behavioral health, work collaboratively to provide patients quality care to meet all their health goals. This work is greatly supported by many community partners, including Keystone Ski Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort, and Vail Resorts EpicPromise.

Summit Community Care Clinic is excited to announce the return of the Soup for the Soul, Bread for the Clinic fundraiser taking place on March 23, 2024, at 5:30PM at the Keystone Conference Center.

Soup for the Soul, made possible by Keystone Ski Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort, Vail Resorts EpicPromise, is an annual celebration of Summit Community Care Clinic’s work in the community. The event will feature dinner, live music by the Beau Thomas Band and a chance to purchase local goods and services at a discount to benefit the Care Clinic.

The theme for this year’s event honors the significant expansion projects completed in 2023 to meet the rapidly growing demand for affordable, integrated healthcare among medically underserved populations in Summit, Lake, and Park counties. In 2023, the Care Clinic opened three new locations; Upper Blue Elementary School Based Health Center in Breckenridge, the Care Clinic - Lake County in Leadville, and Park County Dental in Fairplay.

Tickets for Soup for the Soul are on sale at SoupfortheSoupSummit.org.

Providing integrated care services and being available for its patients when they need it most would not be possible without such great community partners. We would like to thank Keystone Ski Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort, and Vail Resorts EpicPromise, for your continued support and partnership.
