How to Quit Using Tabacco

Guide To Quitting

The US Surgeon General has said, “Smoking cessation [stopping smoking] represents the single most important step that people who smoke can take to enhance the length and quality of their lives.” Quitting is hard, but you can increase your chances of success with help. Referrals and Other Services

For services not available within the clinic, such as fracture care, emergency care, surgery, and specialist care, we maintain relationships with care providers throughout the region. Our staff will help to arrange referrals as needed.

We respectfully acknowledge that Summit Community Care Clinic is situated on the original homelands of the Ute people. We recognize that in silence we continue to be complicit in the ongoing oppression of Indigenous People. Summit Community Care Clinic strives to create a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This land acknowledgement is a step in fulfilling our responsibility to critically look at the history of this land and our commitment to rectifying its present-day implications. We honor the keepers of this land and the land itself.
