It takes a village, and we need you! Summit Community Care Clinic is a non-profit clinic for our medically underserved residents of Summit County, Colorado, and the surrounding areas.

By donating to the clinic, you are personally ensuring health care services are available to all, regardless of ability to pay, and investing in the healthy future of our community.

DONATE

Funding for the Care Clinic’s operations comes from a variety of sources:

Local, State and Federal Government

We are grateful for generous support from local government including Summit County Government and the Towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne, all of which contribute to the Care Clinic’s general operating fund. Summit County Government also provides in-kind office space in the Medical Office Building and access to program specific funding.  State of Colorado funds are provided through the Tobacco Tax and grant programs for a variety of health services, as well as Title X family planning services.  As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we receive annual funding through the Health Resources and Services Administration.

Patient Fees

Patient fees include insurance payments and charges for services provided on the sliding fee scale. Our collection rate is over 80%, which is significantly higher than a for-profit primary care office.  As a safety net clinic, we make sure that our services are accessible to all.
