Who Does Care Clinic Serve?
The Clinic serves low and moderate income, uninsured and under-insured people of Summit County. We offer high quality, affordable health care on a sliding scale based on your family income.
The majority of Care Clinic services are available to qualified patients who have completed our eligibility process and have received a Care Card indicating the sliding scale fee code for which their income qualifies them. Reproductive Health services do not require completion of the eligibility process. To learn if you qualify to receive Clinic services, please visit our eligibility page.
Thank you so much for visiting the Care Clinic website. We are honored to play a vital role in the health and well-being of the community we serve.
