We are grateful for generous support from local government including Summit County Government and the Towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne, all of which contribute to Elevated Community Health’s general operating fund. Summit County Government also provides in-kind office space in the Medical Office Building and access to program specific funding. State of Colorado funds are provided through the Tobacco Tax and grant programs for a variety of health services, as well as Title X family planning services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we receive annual funding through the Health Resources and Services Administration.
