What is a School Based Health Center?

School Based Health Centers provide quality medical care, oral health and behavioral health services where your children are….at their school!

Due to COVID-19 our hours and services vary at our six school based health center sites. Please call us for the most up-to-date appointment information. We will honor your SBHC prices at our main clinic through the end of the year. Telehealth visits are offered for behavioral health and sick visits.

School Based Health Centers (SBHC) remove the barriers of time and travel for both students and parents, increasing student seat time and supporting academic performance.

SBHC Services are available for all Summit, Lake and Park RE-2 School District Students, Staff, and Families. We accept private insurance, Medicaid and CHP+, Summit Community Care Cards and can make financial arrangements as needed. Uninsured students have access to a sliding fee scale. Appointments are never more than $45!
