What is a School Based Health Center?

School Based Health Centers provide quality medical care, oral health and behavioral health services where your children are….at their school!

If you are one of our SBHC patients, we can see you at our Main Clinic location in Frisco for medical, behavioral health and dental services. Please see below for specific SBHC location openings and information. Telehealth visits are offered for behavioral health and sick visits.

School Based Health Centers (SBHC) remove the barriers of time and travel for both students and parents, increasing student seat time and academic performance.

SBHC Services are available for all Summit, Lake and Park RE-2 School District Students, Staff, and Families. We accept private insurance, Medicaid and CHP+, Summit Community Care Cards and can make financial arrangements as needed. Uninsured students have access to a sliding fee scale. Appointments are never more than $40!
