Dr. Cowie joined the SCCC team in January 2012. She is a board certified family physician with a special interest in women and children’s health. Dr. Cowie enjoys doing medical outreach in Central and South America when she is not spending time with her husband, twin boys and golden retriever
Charles Lackey, MD
Dr. Lackey has done both family practice and ER medicine in Summit County since 1977. In his “off time” he enjoys golfing, hiking and astronomy.
Colleen Ihnken, FNP
Colleen has been a Nurse Practitioner for 7 years and prior to that an Emergency Room Nurse for 20 years but please don’t guess her age. Colleen lives in Frisco with her husband Rick, 4 year old son Tarn and old yellow lab Gus. Colleen enjoys getting outside for extended periods of time – whether it be trail running, mountain biking or skiing uphill and down.
Margarita “Mackey” Wong, PAC
Margarita “Mackey” has been seeing patients at the Care Clinic since November of 2009. A native of the Republic of Panama, she has been involved with the Care Clinic as front desk personnel and Spanish language interpreter in its infancy and is excited to be working at the Care Clinic now as a Physician Assistant.
J Leigh Bowe, FNP Nurse Practitioner
J Leigh Bowe has been at the Care Clinic as a family nurse practitioner since 2012 and likes working with patients to find the best care and treatment for each individual. She moved to Colorado in 2009 and loves the mountain life and all the adventures it offers. Especially mountain biking. She lives in Frisco with her husband and 2 dogs.
Madona Bree Reza, PAC
Bree is a physician assistant who is excited about helping patients reach their best health. After hours, she is passionate about good books, playing outside, making stained glass, and the pursuit of the perfect cappuccino. Although her Spanish isn’t perfect, she is always learning and welcomes patients and poetry in both languages.
Gary Gaede, MD
Dr. Gaede is semi-retired, but loves working with patients. He provides care for patients with acute illnesses and preforms vasectomies. As he is part-time, he is not currently accepting new panel patients.
Megan Wood, PA-C, MPH
Megan joined the SCCC team in March 2017 and is very excited to be continuing her PA career in such a beautiful place with such wonderful people. She loves the clinic’s model and focus on treating all aspects of a person’s health. While not working you’ll find her skiing, hiking, running or simply enjoying the great outdoors with her husband.
