Front Desk and Eligibility Staff

From the first moments of a visit to the very end, SCCC’s customer service representatives help ensure that each patient is taken care of.  Through making appointments, setting up accounts, to helping our interdisciplinary teams, the SCCC front desk staff is proud to make each patients feel welcome and supported,  every time they come.

Claudia Hadfield Eligibility Coordinator Claudia is from Guatemala. She  joined the Summit Community Care Clinic in 2012. She has lived in Summit County for 4 years and enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She likes being able to help the community through the clinic. Claudia has worked as Health Educator and Patient Access Records Coordinator for the Clinic.

Irma Sandoval, Customer Service Representative Joined the team in 2015 and returned in 2016.

Marco Barraza Lead Customer Service Representative Trainer & Eligibility Coordinator Marco is from México and has been part of the Summit County Community for about ten years. He likes going  to concerts and loves the nature and outdoors activities that this wonderful state offers through its landscapes. He joined the Summit Community Care Clinic in 2015 and truly enjoys the opportunity for him to contribute back to the community throughout this program and most of all enjoys when he sees patients leave happy and satisfied from their visit.

Miriam Lozano Customer Service Representative Joined the team in 2016. Miriam lives in Leadville and enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.

Raquel Santos Customer Service Representative  Raquel is from Paraguay. She Joined the Summit Community Care Clinic in 2015. Raquel moved to Colorado after receiving her Law degree from National University of Asuncion. She enjoys her job because she believes in the clinic’s mission and loves helping the community.
