CassieCassie Comeau, PhD
Chief Behavioral Health Officer
& Licensed Counseling Psychologist
Her clinical areas of specialty include trauma, major depression, integrated health care, diversity/cultural issues, mindfulness, suicide prevention and child psychology. Dr. Comeau oversees all the Behavioral Health services areas of the Care Clinic. Dr. Comeau is also an adjunct faculty member for the University of Northern Colorado. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and believes in the importance of lifting up a community through social and health equality.

Matt BrennerMatt Brenner
Professional Counselor Candidate
He approaches working with clients from a relationship based lens and works to foster a respectful and trusting relationship with all clients. Matt practices in the School Based Health Centers and the middle and high school locations.


Jeanette Kintz
Licensed Professional Counselor
Jeanette is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Addictions Counselor and Master Addiction Counselor. She specializes in substance use disorders, EMDR for trauma work and general mental health conditions. She has lived in Summit County since 1997 and is also the Clinical Supervisor and Addictions Specialist at Mind Springs Health.

SuzanneSusanne Neal- Susanne is a Certified Addictions Counselor III and a National Certified Counselor II. Susanne specialized in EMDR and focuses on a holistic perspective with clients. Susanne works with clients around substance use and mental health needs and works out of the main clinic.

She uses a strength based approach that uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Susan works in both the middle and  high school for the SCCC’s School Based Health Services with adolescents.  She moved to Summit County in 1994 and lives with her family.

Gemma TaylorGemma Taylor
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
She has worked since 2006 as a bilingual mental health therapist for children, adolescents and families. She is trained in EMDR and play therapy and specializes in the treatment of trauma, depression and anxiety. She has a strong passion for multi-cultural issues within the Summit County community. Gemma practices in the school based health centers at Silverthorne Elementary, Dillon Valley Elementary and Summit Middle School. When not at work, she can be found enjoying the mountains with her two daughters, husband and dog.

Lynn Meyer
Licensed Professional Counselor
Lynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. She earned her Master’s degree at Colorado State University in 2009 and has been living in Frisco since 2011.  Lynn brings an open heart, humor, and understanding to her work with youth  and families in the school based health center.

Behavioral Health Specialist
Katie is  a licensed professional counselor candidate. She specializes in play therapy at Summit Cove, Upper Blue and Breck Elementary. She has been working in School Based health since 2014.

Michelle Deutsch, MS
Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate
Michelle has experience working both with child and adolescent and adult populations. Michelle is currently working as a play therapist with Lake County School-Based Health Center, focusing primarily on play therapy. Michelle has a passion for working with students and their families and community involvement.
