Behavioral Health

Care Clinic's Behavioral Health team consists of licensed professional counselors and a certified addictions counselor who work with patients to help enhance their emotional and behavioral health.

Counselors work closely with medical providers in a team approach that emphasizes the importance of treating the whole person. We offer short term, solution focused interventions that aim to empower patients to make healthy life choices and learn skills to cope with their medical conditions and life challenges.

Appointments for established patients referred by a Care Clinic medical provider are available Monday through Friday. There is a bilingual counselor available for Spanish speaking patients. In addition, there is a weekly drop-in group medical appointment (DIGMA) for patients who need frequent medical contact, support and peer education.
