Residents, Volunteers, Interns & Job Shadows

Thank you for considering volunteering at our Clinic. With the various highly qualified Volunteer Medical Providers and committed individuals we are able to accomplish our Mission through over $400,000 in-kind donations. Specialists with a desire to help patients and the community, give valuable time to our patients through volunteer hours.

Current University of Colorado Medical School Residents are now able to come to our Clinic for their monthly Rural Rotation.  Additionally, we accept fully licensed physicians and LIP’s interested in committing to monthly rotations for at least one year as a volunteer, are strongly encouraged to contact our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Kacy Cowie at 970-668-6891

Students, interns and trainees send the C.V. and introduction letter to  Volunteer LIP’s are subject to final board approved credentialing and privileging.

We do not have any other current volunteer opportunities.  When we have future volunteer needs, we will post here. Get involved in our Soup for the Soul annual event for those who want to make a difference. Please email for more information.

Students at all levels interested in rotations, job shadows and internships will need to complete all necessary paperwork prior to beginning any clinical work.  If you are interested in becoming involved in community health or have questions please submit all details about your interest, program and requirements to A.
