Accounting Administrator – Full TIme - Click here for Job Description and to apply online  – Pay is $17/DOE/hour  Summary:  Record daily cash receipts into Financial Edge (FE) accounting software and reconcile bank accounts. Process invoices, expense reports & other payables from receipt to payment. Maintain accounts payable in FE including vendor records and annual vendor 1099 forms. Support Accounting Supervisor with monthly and annual GL closing processes, including preparation of journal entries, subsidiary ledger reconciliations, and required financial reports. Prepare account analyses as needed. Support audits, 990 tax returns, and other small projects as assigned. Assist with various grant reporting requirements, as assigned.

Billing & Collections Specialist – Full Time - Click here for Job Description and to apply online – Pay is $17.00/hour (DOE).  Summary: Provides the full range of billing services for the SCCC departments, including Medical, Behavioral Health, Dental and Reproductive Services.  Serves as the point of contact for all contracted billing entities.

Billing Manager – Full Time – Click here for Job Description & to apply online – Pay is DOE. Summary:  The Billing Manager will supervise and be responsible for all functions related to the Billing, including the direct supervision of several employees and coordinate with other managers and management of SCCC in relation to activities, requirements and functions of the revenue cycle.

Medical Clinic Assistant – Full Time - Click here for Job Description and to apply online   Pay $17.00+ DOE  Summary: Rooms patients prior to being seen by medical provider in a timely fashion. This includes accurately taking and recording vital signs, patient’s chief medical complaint and a medical, surgical and social history. Assists medical provider with in-room patient care for requested procedures. Performs blood draws, specimen collection, wound care, ear washes, throat cultures, injections, pregnancy tests, electrocardiograph procedures and other lab duties as delegated. Completes lab paperwork as dictated by current protocol. Keeps exam rooms cleaned, sterilized, and stocked between patients. Performs sterilization or disposal of contaminated supplies. Informs supervisor of need for supplies, repairs and equipment. Performs all scheduled controls / tests on medical equipment according to manufacturer guidelines. Performs cleaning and sterilization on all medical equipment according to manufacturer guidelines. Consistently, accurately and objectively documents patient interactions and other information in Aprima. Charting is accurate, timely, appropriate and understandable.Completes lab tracking process in a timely and thorough manner as described in lab policy. Complete lab call backs as delegated by provider. Checks and documents calls to prescription refill line. Processes internal prescription dispensing according to protocol.

Credentialing Specialist – Full Time Click here for Job Description and to apply online - Pay $18.00/Hour/DOE Summary: The Credentialing Specialist will work with all SCCC Staff, volunteers, contractors, insurance companies, private and public insurance companies to ensure proper credentialing compliance in accordance with the Credentialing and Privileging Policy as directed by Health Resources and Services Administration, Clarification of Bureau of Primary Health Care Credentialing and Privileging Policy outlined in Policy Information Notice, Policy Information Notice (“PIN”).  Comply with all Center’s for Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements and all Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) risk management process.  

Dental Assistant – Full Time Click here for Job Description and to apply online Pay is $16.00-$20.00/hour DOE.  Summary: The SCCC Dental Assistant is responsible for the delivery of professional dental care services.  Assists the dentists and hygienists with procedures, room set-up, x-rays, language interpretation, and ensuring an organized and infection free environment.  The Dental Assistant performs specific duties as assigned by the Dental Coordinator and Dental Provider.

Medical Records Scanner – Full Time - Click here for Job Description and to apply online - Pay $16/DOE  Summary:  The Medical Records/Scanner will interact with the physicians, nurses and other medical staff to ensure accuracy and proper documentation is being created to ensure proper documentation.  The Medical Records/Scanner duties will also include scanning paper medical records into the EMR and linking those records to an existing electronic account, as well as sending patient medical records when requested from other entities or from patients.  The Medical Records/Scanner will manage detailed, specifically health information all while maintaining patient confidentiality and information security records by scanning pertinent medical records information into the patients record.  The Medical Records/Scanner will also be responsible for the clinic’s records and scanning for dental.  The Medical Records/Scanner may be asked to assist the behavioral health providers scanning and medical records when needed.  Creating and managing Xcel Spreadsheets.  Pulling or Providing Data.  Providing general medical administrative duties. The Medical / Records Clerk performs other related job duties as assigned by supervisor.

Patient Access Representative (Dental) - Full Time – Click here for Job Description and to apply online - Pay $16.00/hour Summary:  The Patient Access Representative is responsible for the smooth operation of the Clinic’s front desk, including but not limited to telephone answering and directing calls; patient scheduling; patient processing; patient chart set up and maintenance; fee collection and balancing; filing and typing.  The Patient Access Representative provides professional services under stressful conditions, and acts as a Care Clinic representative to patients, volunteers, community partners and the general public.  The Patient Access Representative performs other related job duties as assigned by supervisor.

Patients are primarily from Summit County but also include patients seeking services from Eagle, Lake, Grand, Park and Chaffee counties. All Position information: Any direct patient care position may be required to work in any location of the operations including any Summit or Lake County site at anytime if business needs arise.  All efforts to accommodate employee restrictions and schedule requests will be made, but emergent needs may override primary work schedule and locations. Position may be located at: 360 Peak One Blvd. Suite 100  or #325 Frisco, CO; SCCC Admin Office in Frisco at 916 N. Hwy 9 or at one of our School Based Health Clinics in Summit, Park and Lake County. Salaries are commensurate with experience.  Applicants may work anytime during operating hours Monday – Friday, 34-40 hours per week, or less if part time.
