Accounting Supervisor – Full Time - Click here for job description & to apply online Pay is DOE – Summary - The Summit Community Care Clinic Accounting Supervisor’s responsibilities are to perform accounting and financial management duties. These duties include but are not limited to: financial accounting and record-keeping, cash reconciliation, monthly reporting on financial transactions, accounts payable, and other special projects and duties as assigned by the CFO.
Bilingual Behavioral Health Therapist - Full Time - Click here for job description & to apply here Pay is $29- 36/hour. Summary: Masters level degree or higher in one of the recognized mental health professions (counseling, social work, psychologist) M.A., M.S. in Clinical Counseling (or related area), LSW, LCSW, LPC, Ph.D. or PsyD. Licensed in the state of Colorado preferred, license eligible considered, if bilingual. Provides quality clinical mental health (behavioral health) counseling to adults, couples, and families. Also provides comprehensive diagnostic mental health services including: brief assessments, interventions, psycho education, referrals and consultations for patients in the mental health and primary care setting. Provision of services is through a Federally Qualified Health Center and takes place in an integrated care setting. Position is full time, 35-40 hours a week.Summit Community Care Clinic uses an integrated health treatment model and Behavioral Health (BH) Providers work closely with primary care providers, dental providers, psychiatry and health educators. Therapeutic modalities include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, short term and long term treatment, crisis response, outreach, and case management. BH providers work from a systems perspective and a community perspective to formulate treatment conceptualizations, interventions and case management. Clinical acuity in this population has a broad range and providers work with the interface of mental health and social determinants of health as well as the physical manifestations of health.

Chief Behavioral Health Officer - Full Time – Click here for Job Description & to apply online – Pay is DOE Summary: The Chief Behavioral Health Officer (CBHO) will oversee all mental health and substance abuse services in the Clinic. CBHO is responsible for BH program development, the BH department budget, BH related grants and BH service delivery at all clinic sites. The CBHO is also a member of the executive team and in this role is responsible for clinic-wide leadership. As part of the primary care treatment team, the CBHO manages patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting and supports all BH staff in clinical skill development and supervision.

The CFO will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative and financial systems including accounting, revenue cycle management.
Dental Assistant Trainee – Full Time Click here for Job Description and to apply online – $15-16/hour Summary: The SCCC Dental Assistant trains to deliver of professional dental care services. Assists the dentists and hygienists with procedures, room set-up, x-rays, language interpretation, and ensuring an organized and infection free environment. The Dental Assistant performs specific duties as assigned by the Lead Dental Assistant and Dental Provider.
Patient Access Representative – (Healthcare) – Full Time – Click here for Job Description and to apply online Pay $16.00/hour – Summary: The Patient Access Representative is responsible for the smooth operation of the Clinic’s front desk, including but not limited to telephone answering and directing calls; patient scheduling; patient processing; patient chart set up and maintenance; fee collection and balancing; filing and typing. The Patient Access Representative provides professional services under stressful conditions, and acts as a Care Clinic representative to patients, volunteers, community partners and the general public. The Patient Access Representative performs other related job duties as assigned by supervisor. Bilingual in Spanish required.

Patients are primarily from Summit County but also include patients seeking services from Eagle, Lake, Grand, Park and Chaffee counties. All Position information: Any direct patient care position may be required to work in any location of the operations including any Summit or Lake County site at anytime if business needs arise. All efforts to accommodate employee restrictions and schedule requests will be made, but emergent needs may override primary work schedule and locations. Position may be located at: 360 Peak One Blvd. Suite 100 or #325 Frisco, CO; SCCC Admin Office in Frisco at 916 N. Hwy 9 or at one of our School Based Health Clinics in Summit, Park and Lake County. Salaries are commensurate with experience. Applicants may work anytime during operating hours Monday – Friday, 34-40 hours per week, or less if part time.
