Behavioral Health Therapist - Full Time - Click here for job description & to apply here  Pay is $29- 36/hour.  Summary:  Masters level degree or higher in one of the recognized mental health professions (counseling, social work, psychologist) M.A., M.S. in Clinical Counseling (or related area), LSW, LCSW, LPC, Ph.D. or PsyD. Licensed in the state of Colorado preferred, license eligible considered, if bilingual. Provides quality clinical mental health (behavioral health) counseling to adults, couples, and families. Also provides comprehensive diagnostic mental health services including: brief assessments, interventions, psycho education, referrals and consultations for patients in the mental health and primary care setting. Provision of services is through a Federally Qualified Health Center and takes place in an integrated care setting. Position is full time, 35-40 hours a week.Summit Community Care Clinic uses an integrated health treatment model and Behavioral Health (BH) Providers work closely with primary care providers, dental providers, psychiatry and health educators. Therapeutic modalities include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, short term and long term treatment, crisis response, outreach, and case management. BH providers work from a systems perspective and a community perspective to formulate treatment conceptualizations, interventions and case management. Clinical acuity in this population has a broad range and providers work with the interface of mental health and social determinants of health as well as the physical manifestations of health.

Billing and Collections Specialist – Full Time Click here for job description and to apply online - Pay is $17.00/hour Summary:  Provides the full range of billing services for the SCCC departments, including Medical, Behavioral Health, Dental and Reproductive Services.  Serves as the point of contact for all contracted billing entities.

Chief Behavioral Health Officer - Full TimeClick here for Job Description & to apply online – Pay is DOE (estimate $3,846.14 – $4,038.46/biweekly pay) Summary: The Chief Behavioral Health Officer (CBHO) will oversee all mental health and substance abuse services in the Clinic.  CBHO is responsible for BH program development, the BH department budget, BH related grants and BH service delivery at all clinic sites. The CBHO is also a member of the executive team and in this role is responsible for clinic-wide leadership. As part of the primary care treatment team, the CBHO manages patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting and supports all BH staff in clinical skill development and supervision.

Dental Assistant – Full Time Click here for Job Description & to apply online  Pay is $16/hour +DOE.  Summary: The SCCC Dental Assistant is responsible for the delivery of professional dental care services.  Assists the dentists and hygienists with procedures, room set-up, x-rays, language interpretation, and ensuring an organized and infection free environment.  The Dental Assistant performs specific duties as assigned by the Dental Coordinator and Dental Provider. Required to work at least until 6:00 p.m. most days.

Dental Hygienist – Full Time - Click here for Job Description and to apply online  Pay is $38-$40/hour DOE Summary: responsible for the delivery of professional dental hygiene services to the patients of the Clinic Dental Program, working under the administrative supervision of the Lead and the clinical supervision of the Chief Dental Officer.  The hygienist assumes responsibility for the goals of the hygiene program; monitoring progress and implementing changes that will help meet goals. Provides quality dental hygiene care to the patient population and makes appropriate referrals as needed. The Dental Hygienist performs related duties as assigned by the Dental Clinic Manager and the Chief Dental Officer. Required: Certification by the State of Colorado as a Registered Dental Hygienist required. Current Anesthesia certification by the State of Colorado or within one year of employment. Travel is necessary for this position regularly.

Health Navigator - Full Time - Click here for job description and to apply online Pay is $17.00/hour Summary: Health Navigator will promote, maintain, and improve individual and community health by supporting patients in adopting healthy behaviors.  The Health Navigator shall utilize clinic data to drive programmatic decision making. This person will be responsible for tracking quality assurance measures, reducing barriers to accessing care, and identifying needs of our patients and the clinic.   The Health Navigator may assist in development and implementation of health education programs.  They may research and develop health education materials. They will facilitate related support groups, implement health education courses and conduct outreach programs.  Health Navigators will coordinate publicity for programs, events, and related activities. They may facilitate projects or activities related to attaining or maintaining accreditation, conduct or participate in research projects related to health issues, and provide skill training related to health issues.  Other tasks may be performed as required.

Patient Access Representative - Full Time  -click here for job description and to apply online here – Pay is $16.00/hour – Summary: The Patient Access Representative is responsible for the smooth operation of the Clinic’s front desk, including but not limited to telephone answering and directing calls; patient scheduling; patient processing; patient chart set up and maintenance; fee collection and balancing; filing and typing.  The Patient Access Representative provides professional services under stressful conditions, and acts as a Care Clinic representative to patients, volunteers, community partners and the general public.  The Patient Access Representative performs other related job duties as assigned by supervisor.

Full time employees  are eligible for purchase of discounted 75-80% medical, dental vision, life insurance, AD&D, long Term and short term disability, Aflac Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Insurance. Full Time Providers are eligible for Continuing Education(CME) expense reimbursement.(prorated 1st year)
• Doctorate Level MDs, DOs, DDSs, DMDs, PhDs, PsyDs are eligible for up to $2,000 reimbursement for CME expenses per calendar year. (prorated 1st year)
• Advanced Providers (NPs, PAs, RDHs, LPCs, LCSWs) are eligible for up to $1,000 reimbursement for CME expenses per calendar year.

SCCC will pay Providers one(1) week of paid time (based on usual work week up to 40 hours) for CME for Doctorate and Master Level LIP providers.

All employees are eligible for a Tuition Reimbursement Scholarship up to $1000/year.

The Care Clinic uses extensive technology system infrastructure for staff with fully digital EHR (Electronic Health Record) and streamlined platforms. Our School Based Health Clinics are located in both Lake County and  Summit County schools.  The Care Clinic serves over 8,000 patients with over 28,000 primary, dental and behavioral health visits.

Patients are primarily from Summit County but also include patients seeking services from Eagle, Lake, Grand, Park and Chaffee counties. All Position information: Any direct patient care position may be required to work in any location of the operations including any Summit or Lake County site at anytime if business needs arise.  All efforts to accommodate employee restrictions and schedule requests will be made, but emergent needs may override primary work schedule and locations. Position may be located at: 360 Peak One Blvd. Suite 100  or #325 Frisco, CO; SCCC Admin Office in Frisco at 916 N. Hwy 9 or at one of our School Based Health Clinics in Summit, Park and Lake County. Salaries are commensurate with experience.  Applicants may work anytime during operating hours Monday – Friday, 34-40 hours per week, or less if part time.
